• On the box itself (the default listen address)
• From another device, with a paired device token, when BOX_LISTEN allows it

A phone paired as the owner, answering the question once. On approval the box seals and sends exactly the keys the question named (a keys field here is ignored), the apps that are on, and the settings meant to travel (never paused or agentFolders). The log records names, never values.
