These are plain terms. By using this site or the software you agree to them.

The software

GurtOS is licensed under the Apache License 2.0, and its source is on GitHub. The licence, not these terms, governs what you may do with the code and the install images.

GurtOS is a preview (v0.2.0-preview). It has not had a security audit. Verify the image signatures, run it on a machine you can wipe, and do not rely on it for anything that matters yet. It comes without warranty, as the licence says.

Services you connect

Agents call your model provider, Anthropic or Factory, with the key you give the box, and that provider bills you for the use. Optional apps call other services with your own accounts. Those services' terms apply to that use, and you are responsible for what your agents do with your accounts and keys.

Test money and sample data

Payments in the preview apps are test money: Stripe test mode, a Visa test card, or USDC on Solana devnet. The companies, people and customers in screenshots and examples are made up, and the banking and credit data come from sandboxes. Nothing here is financial, legal, security or compliance advice.

Names and trademarks

Product and company names on this site belong to their owners. They are used to say which service a page talks to, and do not mean the owner endorses GurtOS.

Links and changes

Links to other sites are for convenience, and we do not control them. We may change or remove pages at any time, for example to correct a fact.

No warranty, no liability

The site and the software are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, the authors are not liable for any loss from using them.
